Hatha + Nidra Yoga Workshop

Join us for a gentle 90-minute Hatha practice to open the body and still the mind, followed by a Nidra / Meditation. Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’ is a guided meditation to take you into a state of conscious and deep sleep. Through methodically sequenced breath + body awareness meditations to visualizations, Nidra unwinds the nervous system and induces complete physical and mental relaxation with inner awareness. 

This event is free to Y members and will take place in the Exercise Studio at our SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA. Members may bring a guest for $5 by signing them up HERE.
