You can add adults to your child’s pick-up list by completing an Account Change Requests form. This form will be submitted to our Kids' Time leadership team. Please allow 48 hours for all account change requests.  Click Here for Account Change Requests

Kids’ Time Before School program begins at 6:45AM and will end once school begins. Kids’ Time After School program is held from the time school ends until 5:30PM. 

If you will be late picking up your child and need to get in contact with the Kids’ Time staff at your site. Click the button below for the list of site phone numbers.

If your child has not been picked up by 5:30pm: YMCA staff will attempt to call all the contacts on the child’s health form. You will be expected to pay $1 per minute for the time the child remains in Kids’ Time after 5:35pm, given a 5-minute grace period. The fee will be added to the next bill. In instances where an authorized pickup is unable to be reached, the local police or children’s service agency will be called. Site Phone List

All YMCA’s are required to receive in writing parental authorization to dispense prescribed and “over-the-counter” medicine to students. An Authorization to Administer Medication form must be filled out prior to medicine being dispensed to children. This form is located at each after school site, or you download and print a copy at the below link.

All forms must be submitted to the YMCA Kids' Time Site Coordinator at your school.
