If you need to update your method of payment, you may do so online or by contacting the SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA or the Northeast Family YMCA. You may add an additional bank account, debit or credit card. You may also stop into a YMCA of Rock River Valley facility and pay your balance with cash, credit card or check, but you must have previously arranged a payment plan with our Financial Aid Coordinator first.
If your method of payment is lost, stolen or expired, you must notify the SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA or the Northeast Family YMCA immediately to stop payments and to avoid additional fees. You must also provide a supplementary form of payment. The YMCA is not responsible for any overdraft, return or late fees charged by your bank or financial institution. You are responsible for updating your bank information; we do not communicate with your bank. If you wish to stop a payment, you must call at least 4 days before the Friday draft date to ensure proper cancellation. We will require you to reschedule the payment.
