After school care runs until 5:30 p.m. It is available at the following schools:
Loves Park, Machesney, Maple, Marquette, Olson Park, Parker Center, Ralston, Rock Cut and Windsor

Please note: The Harlem District is not able to bus students home on days where they will not be attending program. Pick-up at the school will be required on these days.

 

Before school care runs from 6:45am until school begins.

It is available at the following schools: 

Machesney Elementary and Maple Elementary*

*Students from other schools have the option to be bussed to their respective schools:

Marquette, Olson Park, Parker and Ralston students may attend Machesney Elementary
Parker, Rock Cut and Windsor Elementary students may attend Maple Elementary

Unfortunately, due to transportation limitations, before school care will not be offered for Loves Park students.

 

After school care runs until 5:30 p.m. It is available at Simon Elementary. McNair Elementary students may be bussed to Simon for after school care services.
 

After school care runs until 6 p.m. It is available at Pecatonica Elementary School.

Before school care runs from 6:45 a.m. until school begins. It is available at the following schools:
Maria Montessori, Rolling Green and Thurgood Marshall

After school care runs until 5:30 p.m. It is available at the following schools:
Bloom, Brookview, Forest City Church (NEW), Froberg, Johnson, Maria Montessori, Spring Creek, and Whitehead.

*Thurgood Marshall students will be bussed to Bloom.
*Carlson and Rolling Green students will be bussed to Gregory.
*Hillman students will be bussed to Froberg.

Students will need to be pick-up at the destination school. If enrollment numbers reach 25 students, we will move after school care services back to the home school location.

Transportation Information

Students being bussed will need to fill out an RPS Transportation Waiver and email it to bus@rps205.com. Please allow 48 hours before transportation is able to process your request. Click the link below to get the waiver.

When school’s out, Camp is in! The YMCA of Rock River Valley provides a safe and fun environment for children when school is not in session. Camp Days are offered for Rockford Public Schools at the SwedishAmerican Riverfront YMCA. Harlem School District students can attend at the Northeast Family YMCA. Camp Winnebago will offer Camp Days during both Rockford and Harlem no school days.

School's Out Camp Days run from 6:45am-5:30pm. Financial assistance is available.
