APP STATUS UPDATES
Update 8/29/24
Thank you for patiently waiting through our app issues. We shifted gears after another Google denial of our app. We have a new partner and a new app coming soon! We have been working diligently to bring you a mobile experience that is easy to use and provides added value. We are working on a launch date and will share it once we have it.
Update 8/1/24
What is going on with the app? We have been hearing this question a lot lately and wanted to provide some insight. The issue is quite technical.
We continue to have issues with Google denying our app submission to the Google Play Store. Our developers have submitted the app with changes three times and Google's artificial intelligence denies it. They are not having luck with talking to a real person at Google for guidance. They went back to development and are going to try a fourth time in the next 24-48 hours. We are hopeful our app will be ready for download on Android phones soon. Apple approved our app months ago, but we have not launched it to members in case we need to move away from this app because of Google.
We recognize that you may be frustrated reserving classes without an app. We apologize for the inconvenience. If this app doesn't get approved this fourth time, then we look at another app option. We are committed to providing a high-quality app experience for our members. Thank you for your patience.
